Monte Pego is one of the best urbanisations on the Costa Blanca, near the beaches and the beautiful tourist towns such as Denia, Javea, Moraira, Calpe and Benissa. The unique features of Monte Pego, the spectacular panoramic views, privacy, green areas and the friendly environment. This region with mountain ranges and green valleys and her characteristic white villages is highly recommended.
It will be difficult to leave this nice place but discovering the environment is a must. The nearest larger town is Denia on the beautiful sandy beach Las Marinas. It is wonderful to wander through a maze of streets in the old town and also visit the harbour full of yachts, fishing boats and ferries to Ibiza.
The area has much more to offer than beaches and entertainment. The stunning landscape offers a beautiful and varied nature with hills, mountain ranges and unusual vegetation. From your home, take the coastal road through vineyards and almond plantations to Benissa. The almond trees have beautiful white blossom that render the entire valley white. Hence the name Costa Blanca (White Coast). It is wonderful to drive through the hills where every bend offers you a magnificent view. The vineyards are managed by many small wineries. The wine produced is both white and red and one of the most famous wines from this region is very sweet Muscatel (a dessert wine).
A day at the beach? Laze in the sun? Be sure to visit Oliva with the beautiful long sandy beaches bordering the clear blue sea. Or a swim in your own pool? Fortunately, you have plenty of time to try everything. You will not be bored on this holiday!
Back home at your villa to enjoy! Casa Nelly a beautifully situated house with a sleek decor, all on one floor. Entrance by a typical Spanish entry. A lovely living room where you will have free access to the Wi-Fi internet, with comfortable seating around the fireplace, TV (with satellite channels) and sliding doors to the covered terrace with garden furniture and stunning views. Around the house a colourful garden with many flowers, fruit trees, oleanders and olives and several nice seating areas. Close the day with a delicious wine on your terrace while watching the setting sun. What more can a (wo)man ask for?

Gas and electricity costs:
In general, you and the manager of La Caza will write the start of the gas and electricity down on arrival. Of course this is also your responsibility, and you can also do this independently. On the day of your departure, the manager will write down your end positions. So you will only pay your gas and electricity which is actually used.
The following rates will be calculated:
- Gas € 4.50 euros per m3 / gas tank € 26.00 per%
- Electricity € 0.25 per kw
In case of normal use the gas and elecitricty use for 4 to 6 persons would be on average around
€ 40/€ 60 per week (excluding heating). This is however an estimate, from which no rights can be derived.
Denia is one of the oldest settlements on the Costa Blanca coast. This historic little town was founded in the 4th century BC and named after the Goddess of the Hunt, Diana (Dianium is Roman).
Now Denia is a tourist port with a ferry to the Balearic Islands (Ibiza, Mallorca, and Menorca) and Formentera.
However, Denia also boasts some beautiful (sandy) beaches such as Les Marines (sandy beach about 2 m/2.5 km long), Albarabes (to the south), Bovetes (to the north), Les Deveses (especially for surfers and sailors) and Les Rotes (naturist beach, but also ideal for sailing and surfing). On the Denia coast sailing and diving courses are available. In fact, Cape San Antonio is a protected marine nature reserve where you need a tourist license for diving. This can be obtained with the Denia Tourist Office.
Nature lovers too, can have great fun for example on Mount Montgo which is ideal for a walk or even a day of hiking. In the immediate vicinity of Denia there are beautiful golf courses.
Denia hosts a beautiful promenade and there is a new shopping centre just outside Denia (Portal de la Marina).
We have enjoyed ourselves in a house where peace and quiet prevail and where everything is there to make a success! We also think of the maintenance of the swimming pool!
Next year we are going back to Spain. Probably the Casa Nelly is going to be, but because we have family in Calpe always go on vacation, we will also look there. But it is certainly 95% of the weather Casa Nelly is going to be. If this is not the case, then at least another home through La Caza. Because the organization we are more than satisfied. Very kindly attended to. Very kindly informed. Clear received information. We have nothing negative experienced, but it was obvious as the case may be, we always could and they would all go to the organization to resolve that.
So if you are looking for a relaxing, luxury and value for money holiday? Then you should definitely be at La Caza.
The location is really beautiful and the house was cozy and lovely stay. Pool is a big plus and very nice for the extreme heat.
Bert the manager we found a very positive guy. You can always call him in case of spills problems ........ and that is for vacationers to good services. Pool was well maintained. We were certainly very happy and in the future definitely come to plan to use the services of La Caza.

The location of the house is in the mountains. To go to the beach or shopping, you need a car. We found a little less, but the house and the pool made up for it !!!.
Rusitige evenings poolside spend in the background krekelen hear the crickets and to be able to sit outside late in the evening is quite a luxury. In short, we had a very good holiday.
