The luxurious La Sella Golf Course is 15 km and the golf course of Javea at ca. 3 km, where there is also a large marina. Large cities such as Alicante and Valencia are definitely worth a visit. With children, a visit to the theme park Terra Mitica, near the tourist resort of Benidorm is not to be missed. Pretty roads lead you, for example, along the coastal way to Calpe or inland, where you can visit tranquil Spanish villages for tapas or a glass of vino.
A few kilometres away in Benitachell, are several restaurants and shops and in the attractive village of Moraira, a very nice Friday market. Here you can buy local delicacies, fresh fruit and vegetables and all you need to prepare a gorgeous meal.
Entering the upper house: through the hall you enter the cozy living room with sofa where you can use the free connection of the wifi internet, TV, fireplace and dining area, fantastic sea view and access to a fantastic terrace with garden furniture. Gas and electricity costs:
In general, you and the manager of La Caza will write the start of the gas and electricity down on arrival. Of course this is also your responsibility, and you can also do this independently. On the day of your departure, the manager will write down your end positions. So you will only pay your gas and electricity which is actually used.
The following rates will be calculated:

In case of normal use the gas and elecitricty use for 4 to 6 persons would be on average around
€ 40/€ 60 per week (excluding heating). This is however an estimate, from which no rights can be derived.
Moraira shall be the village you most likely will be visiting most. This sea side village has a lovely centre which is next to the beach and the mundane marina. It is a small village with lovely streets filled with restaurants, bars and shops. The streets in the centre are mainly for pedestrians only which benefits the atmosphere.
For those who love to go to the beach there are several options. The main option is Platja de l’Ampolla. This sandy beach is perfect to visit with your family and suitable for small children.
City trips to either Alicante (80 km) and Valencia (125 km) are recommendable. For themeparks Benidorm (35 km) is the place to be with her Aqualandia (waterslides), Terra Mitica (themepark) and Mundomar (dolfins).
For weekly market the surrounding villages such as Javea (with sandy beach Arenal), Denia (incl. shopping mall and harbour for cross over to Ibiza) and Calpe (sandy beach, boulevard, Peñon de Ifach).
