We have to wait a while but patience is a virtue; Villa La Majada is now in our program! It is a lovely villa completely taken care of and it looks like new again , at less than 10 minutes from the beach. This detached villa is in a residential area right in between Moraira and Calpe with a large private plot and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea and the surrounding green hills. A perfect location for a wonderful holiday!
On the side of the villa is your private swimming pool with roman steps. All around you have a sun terrace with sun beds and a beautiful garden so enjoy and relax ! A good shade area is on the partly covered terrace with lounge and beautiful fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a great place for breakfast, dinner and cocktail hours! The atmospheric fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area, dishwasher and fridge / freezer (handy for cool drinks by the pool!) finishes it off completely. Because what is nicer than during a warm summer evening cooking and dining outdoor?
On your lounger you probably consider a plan for the day: it could be a lazy day by the pool or on the beach of Moraira? Difficult to leave home but still you like to explore more of the area.
A visit to Calpe or Altea with beautiful bays? More active with a game of tennis (2 km) or a round of golf on the 18-hole course of Ifach (4 km)? Enough choice! Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached in 4 minutes by car. Once back at your home, you can enjoy the peace and the special views.
The interior of this villa is very well maintained. On the ground floor entrance hall. Two bedrooms with single beds and wardrobes and an office space. Bathroom with shower, double sink, toilet. Via a fixed staircase you go to the top. Two bedrooms with double beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. These bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet.
Large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer. Separate laundry with washer and dryer. Bright living room with a sofa by the fireplace, TV, dining area and sliding doors to the terraces. Parking is done at your own fully enclosed private property.

Gas and electricity costs:
In general, you and the manager of La Caza will write the start of the gas and electricity down on arrival. Of course this is also your responsibility, and you can also do this independently. On the day of your departure, the manager will write down your end positions. So you will only pay your gas and electricity which is actually used.
The following rates will be calculated:
- Gas € 4.50 euros per m3 / gas tank € 26.00 per%
- Electricity € 0.25 per kw
In case of normal use the gas and elecitricty use for 4 to 6 persons would be on average around
€ 40/€ 60 per week (excluding heating). This is however an estimate, from which no rights can be derived.
Moraira city centre is situated around its luxury marina and has about twenty streets, mainly full of restaurants, bars, shops, real estate agencies and housing complexes for up to 4-5 stories high. Partially, these streets are made into pedestrian zones which create a good atmosphere. When walking through Moraira you notice the atmosphere is far more pleasant than in other towns in the area.
For beach lovers there are four beaches. Platja de l’Ampolla is Moraira’s main beach. This cosy family friendly sandy beach is great for young children.
Moraira is situated about 40 m/80 km way from Alicante airport and about 80 m/130 km from Valencia Airport. Both cities are a definite must for a day trip.
In Benidorm (about 21 m/35 km) you can find the theme parks Aqualandia (water slides), Terra Mitica (theme park), and Mundomar (dolphinarium).
Nearby you can visit towns such as Javea (with its sandy Arenal beach), Denia (for a pleasant shopping experience and its marina), and Calpe (sandy beach, promenade and Peñon de Ifach).
