Superb detached villa with plenty of privacy and tranquility within walking distance of the charming town of Moraira (about 1800 meters). This villa has a large enclosed garden with a lovely private pool! In the tropical palm garden is a pleasant and quiet atmosphere of privacy and you can enjoy a barbecue, the sun and the pool with outside shower. The villa can be closed by a gate. Inside is space enough to park several cars.
The kids will enjoy the refreshing water of the swimming pool while you are relaxing on a sun lounger or having a drink in the comfortable lounge set. To grill a tasty burger you have a stone charcoal BBQ. What a wonderful place!
But also the environment of the villa will charm you. The car can stay at home because you can walk (via a slightly sloping path) in just 20 minutes to the center of Moraira with the weekly Friday market, many shopping streets, numerous restaurants, beautiful beaches and a castle and watchtower dating back to the 18th century.
Visiting Moraira in June? Then follow the crowds, find the annual festival 'Moros y Cristianos' in the square next to the castle conquered by the Moors and then reconquest by the Christians, are acted out. Gas and electricity costs:

Moraira city centre is situated around its luxury marina and has about twenty streets, mainly full of restaurants, bars, shops, real estate agencies and housing complexes for up to 4-5 stories high. Partially, these streets are made into pedestrian zones which create a good atmosphere.
For beach lovers there are four beaches. Platja de l’Ampolla is Moraira’s main beach. This cosy family friendly sandy beach is great for young children.
Moraira is situated about 40 m/80 km way from Alicante airport and about 80 m/130 km from Valencia Airport. Both cities are a definite must for a day trip.
In Benidorm (about 21 m/35 km) you can find the theme parks Aqualandia (water slides), Terra Mitica (theme park), and Mundomar (dolphinarium).
Nearby you can visit towns such as Javea (with its sandy Arenal beach), Denia (for a pleasant shopping experience and its marina), and Calpe (sandy beach, promenade and Peñon de Ifach).
The pool and outside area were used throughout our two week stay. Kitchen was fab even though we ate out a lot it was nice to have a leisurely breakfast and lunch. Market and town and marina are within walking distance we managed and had three small children. The villa had everything you could need with most bedrooms having an o suite. Could have had more air on as there is no air con in two bedrooms that we were using and the main living area only had ceiling fans, but it was manageable even in 35degrees. We would definitely visit this area again it was beautiful and villa had everything we needed.
