Gas and electricity costs:

Moraira city centre is situated around its luxury marina and has about twenty streets, mainly full of restaurants, bars, shops, real estate agencies and housing complexes for up to 4-5 stories high. Partially, these streets are made into pedestrian zones which create a good atmosphere.
When walking through Moraira you notice the atmosphere is far more pleasant than in other towns in the area.
For beach lovers there are four beaches. Platja de l’Ampolla is Moraira’s main beach. This cosy family friendly sandy beach is great for young children.
Moraira is situated about 40 m/80 km way from Alicante airport and about 80 m/130 km from Valencia Airport. Both cities are a definite must for a day trip.
In Benidorm (about 21 m/35 km) you can find the theme parks Aqualandia (water slides), Terra Mitica (theme park), and Mundomar (dolphinarium).
Nearby you can visit towns such as Javea (with its sandy Arenal beach), Denia (for a pleasant shopping experience and its marina), and Calpe (sandy beach, promenade and Peñon de Ifach).

We are real Spanjofielen and try every year to visit another part of Spain. We chose the Costa Blanca. On the advice of friends Moraira was. Through the grapevine we heard good stories about La Caza and the first house that we saw on the site was Casa Anna Maria. It looked attractive from there and was within walking distance of the village, a requirement. Casa Annamaria was new and only just put on the site and we would be the first tenants. Everything has a peaceful atmosphere. Fantastic beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely covered terrace where the day and evening is a good place, a swimming pool with shower and sunbeds, a garden with dining table under the palm trees, irrigation really a safety fence. After 7 years, an apartment in Marbella have had with three robberies unfortunately we are so delighted with safe spots. Of our big plans to play golf at various jobs, tours to get to know this part of Spain is by the peace and harmony that radiates to the house and Moraira (very friendly people, clean streets, garbage everywhere underground "baking" , many local police, unfortunately some few Spaniards to practice our Spanish, only 20% we heard from a Spanish waiter) nothing came.
