Recommended! As you are surrounded by a beautiful garden with characteristic trees you will enjoy a lot of privacy. The large gorgeous sunny garden is decorated with tropical trees which offer privacy and shade. A spacious outdoor sunny terrace underneath the Spanish sun and a palm tree to provide for shade in the hottest hours of the long balmy days. Might it get too warm you can snuggle up on the lovely sofas on the covered terrace right next to the fridge in the outdoor kitchen.
The wonderful large private pool with roman steps to the sun terrace with sun beds is very tempting. In the fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ you will be able to make the most lovely meals to serve on the terrace of the pool house. In this villa cooking can be done indoors and/or outdoors in the fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, dishwasher, refrigerator, grill and four ring hob. Make the most of the day!
You must think of a good reason to leave the villa! We might give you a few tips:

Supermarkets and restaurants on a mere 3 km distance. The hinterland is rich in ancient castles and sleepy little villages where time seems to stand still! You will be drawn into the Spanish life of yesteryear. A little closer to home is the lighthouse of Cap De La Nau, this lighthouse serves to this day as a beacon for boats at sea. You will enjoy fantastic views at sea and big chance that the restaurant here will be your stop to enjoy a lovely evening meal. You might even want to taste the tasteful Paella, the symbol for the Spanish kitchen.
The indoors of the villa is beautifully furnished to the eye; from the chairs to the robust sofa, nice living room with seating, open fire place and TV. Walk through the (typical Spanish) arch to the dining area and the walk through to the fully decorated modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, freeze/fridge combination. How stylish! A sleek elegant interior, stylish furniture and tastefully decorated.
Bedroom 1: double bed, bathroom en-suite with shower. Bedroom 2: double bed. Bedroom 3: two single beds. Second bathroom with shower and bath plus second toilet. All bedrooms feature air-conditioning and heating and have large wardrobes. Parking on site under carport.

Gas and electricity costs:
In general, you and the manager of La Caza will write the start of the gas and electricity down on arrival. Of course this is also your responsibility, and you can also do this independently. On the day of your departure, the manager will write down your end positions. So you will only pay your gas and electricity which is actually used.
The following rates will be calculated:
- Gas € 4.50 euros per m3 / gas tank € 26.00 per%
- Electricity € 0.25 per kw
In case of normal use the gas and elecitricty use for 4 to 6 persons would be on average around
€ 40/€ 60 per week (excluding heating). This is however an estimate, from which no rights can be derived.
The sandy Arenal beach is located in Javea and it has beautiful bays. Nearby you can find villages and small towns such as Denia (for a pleasant shopping experience and its marina), the cosy fishing village of Moraira (about 5 m/9km), the attractive town of Altea (about 6 m/11 km) with its narrow little streets and beautiful parish church or you could just go for a ride through the beautiful hinterland.
Nature lovers too, can have great fun for example on Mount Montgo which is ideal for a walk or even a day of hiking. But, there are also organised day trips to the hinterland by quad.
Benidorm (about 34 m/56 km) hosts magnificent theme parks. The most popular are Aqualandia (water slides), Terra Mitica (theme park), and Mundomar (dolphinarium).
For an afternoon of golf sport fanatics could go to the 18 holes Javea Golf Club course of Denia (just over 6 m/10km), or they could get to the tennis court in Javea to hit a ball.
The cities of Valencia (or its Airport) or Alicante are a definite must for a day trip. Both cities are about 60 m/100 km away.
