This lovely and luxurious villa is situated in the green area of Altea Hills on 300m distance of the Golf Club Don Cayo. It offers beautiful views and far sights over Altea – Albir - Benidorm. For the active holiday tourist it is good to know that from the villa there are various walking routes to be reached which guide you over the foothill of the Bernia Mountains. Also perfect for bikers and the sights are magnificent!
But this villa is obviously also superb for a relaxed and sunny vacation. Besides the lovely private swimming pool you can also visit the beach which is on a mere 5 minute drive away. The centre of the typical Spanish village Altea La Vella could be reached by foot and there are different small trade shops as: a baker, a small supermarket, local fruits and vegetables, newspaper etc. The nearby villages Altea, Calpe and Benidorm are there for there white sandy beaches.
The villa offers a fully equipped indoor kitchen with an American fridge (ice and cold water), a very spacious and modern living area with dining area. Outside you will find your outdoor dining area on the covered terrace with the BBQ. There is wireless internet available, satellite TV on a flat screen.
