Here you can e.g. enjoy reading a book at the edge of your own private swimming pool. The outside kitchen is within reach for an extensive BBQ diner, a glass of refreshment or even a glass of wine.
Also for winter stay this villa suits very well! You can heat up the room on a chilly evening or just enjoy the sun by daytime at your covered and – if desired – close off the ‘naya’ (covered balcony). From the naya and from the terrace and pool you have magnificent view that stretches over the valley all the way towards Denia.
When you travel with more than 6 people than it is good to know that the 7th and/or 8th person has its own downstairs apartment with separate entrance. This spacious and comfortable apartment has its own bathroom with toilet and a kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher etc. Through the glass sliding doors you walk on to the beautiful lawn with a nice seat and again magnificent view.
Villapark Monte Pego has some good restaurants, tennis courts to rent, a fitness area etc. Directly at the entrance of the villapark there is a bank, a supermarket and there you find the restaurants. One of the restaurants at the entrance of villapark Monte Pego organises throughout the year indoor- and outdoor festivities.
The beach is in a straight line on ca. 3 km distance. A unique sandy beach of ca. 48 km long stretches out alongside the coast all the way to Valencia. Well known is the beach Playa Surf, where many times the European Surf Championships have been held.
The European top courts for golf are La Sella and Oliva Nova Golf (designed by Severiano Ballesteros) are on 7 minutes distance.
