Villa Mariposa is highly recommendable! Here you will feel – inside as well as outside – free like a bird, or in this casa: a butterfly. This magnificent villa is situated in a beautiful green area where you will only find villa’s on large parcels.
Villa Mariposa has many to offer: a large lawn – ideal for kids to play ball –, a wide sunny terrace with a large swimming pool to cool down during the hot summer days, an orchard with typical Spanish olive and almond trees, a BBQ-area to grill your dinner, covered terraces to escape the sunrays during the day and to have dinner under by night etcetera. And we have not even talked about the inside of the house.
The large villa offers plenty of privacy. Entering the villa the you immediately feel comfortable especially with the ideal open kitchen which is fully equipped to all modern standards. The open kitchen, the living room and dining area form one complete area and from there one can reach it’s own bedroom. Upstairs there is one very nice bedroom with a bathroom en suite. On the ground level you will find 3 bedrooms, all with their own entrance to the terrace. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users and the bathroom en suite has some small adjustments. The shower has handgrips and the toilet is raised.
In the left wing of the villa on ground level there is also a separate bedroom with bathroom en suite that has its own entrance from and to the terrace. Here you will also find the stairway to the apartment which also has its own entrance, kitchen, shower and toilet.
