Villa Grandiosa – Busot
Villa Grandiosa is beautifully situated in a brand new villa area near the village of Busot and El Campello. Busot lays on the foot of the mountain hill of the 326m high mountain Sierra Cabeco d’Or. This mountain is crowned by a 12th century Moorish Castle. The castle, of which ruines are left, which was part of the line of defence of Alicante in the mid ages. The lovely Spanis rural life is still here. There are excellent routes for walking and cycling and also the famous caves "Cuevas del Canelobre" are worth while to visit.
No, it is not far land inwards. Look under the tab ‘location’. There you will see that the modern city Alicante and the sea side village El Campello with its new boulevard are easily within reach.
But let us inform you on Villa Grandiosa itself. There is plenty to tell, although the pictures actually speak for themselves. Space is the keyword here and ideal for e.g. two families.
The villa has three levels with the entrance on the mid level. This level has the entrance to the living room and kitchen and out to the large main terrace. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the top level there is one large bedroom with bathroom with jacuzzi and terrace.
The lowest level has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and another large livingroom with kitchen. All bedrooms have direct access to a terrace and also the both livingrooms! And as icing on the cake there is a space for table tennis, darts and fitness.
