Villa Casanova is a modern detached villa that borders on the center of the seaside village Calpe on the Costa Blanca in Spain. An ideal location with beautiful views over the valley on to the centre of the village and some slight sea view from the terrace.

The living itself is modern decorated. Due to the fact that the villa consists of two levels it is nice to know that there is an indoor elevator. This makes the entrance to the living area level and bedroom level quite simple. Also handy for your bags with grocery shoppings.

Once you have parked your car on your own driveway you can take the elevator or the stairs to the first level. At this level you will walk into a spacious and modern living room with a walk through to the fully decorated kitchen. From the living room and the kitchen there is entrance onto the lovely terrace around the pool. You will also find a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom on this level.

The other bedrooms are on the second floor which – again – you can reach by either the elevator or stairs. On this floor you will find three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The bedrooms all have an entrance onto the upstairs terrace where you can awaken in the early morning sunny hours and enjoy the magnificent view.

Obviously you will be mostly outdoors for which this villa is very suitable. A nice and well organized terrace with attractive corner seats and a stone BBQ will contribute on your well deserved holiday. In the garden you might even be able to pick your own fruit at the right time of the year!
