A lovely homely accommodation with magnificent views, that is Bella Vista!
This quietly situated accommodation in a dead-end street lives up to her name. The views from the living with the terraces is truly fabulous. From the inland mountains with her slopes (Cumbre del Sol) towards the Mediterranean Sea. A perfect holiday picture when you think Spain.
The accommodation itself is comfortable and conveniently arranged. The first level is with the spacious entrance hallway, the kitchen, a spacious bedroom with bathroom en suite and the living with dining area. From the living room you have an access to the covered terrace where the lovely panoramic sea view awaits you. You can surely imagine yourself having a cup of tea and a reading a newspaper with the glistering sea at the background. The stairway brings you upstairs to the other three bedrooms and bathroom.
From the covered terrace you can walk on to the sun terrace around your own private pool (ca. 4,5x8) with also there magnificent view. Having some sun tan on the sun beds or whilst laying on the airbed in your own private pool, some shadow from the fixed sunshades. Ideal! By the way, the accommodation is fully fenced in and you can walk around the house on its own terrain.
