On the tip of your imagination: that is the free translation of this magnificent villa. Situated on a unique spot on the Cumbre del Sol near Moraira. And this imaginacion can just turn into reality!

You will enter the terrain of the villa through a beautiful wooden gate. The impressive view is already there after this gate. The villa itself is especially luxurious and built with excellent materials. The comfortable bright and spacious living room offers direct access to the wooden terrace at the pool. Here you can enjoy the warmth of the Spanish sun all day long and if it gets a bit too much you can take shelter underneath the covered part of the terrace.

The living room is a seperate space, but we trust not to find yourselves there during the summer months. As it is the imagination to dine or lunch fresco on the terrace at your own private pool (approx. 10x5m) against a background of valley- and sea view. Here it is not imagination but comfortable reality.

To have an extra view and to experience that typical picture postcard feeling, walk from the living room up the spiral staircase into the romantic tower room (bedroom) with panoramic view. Magnificent!

Apart from that there is a master bedroom with bathroom and dressing on the main floor and from this room you can walk on to the terrace of the pool with has again that unlimited sea view.

The other two bedrooms are spacious, have built in wardrobes and also offer nice sea view from the windows.

Whilst your there, just walk through the lovely tropical garden with – on a lower level – a covered lounge terraces between the rock formations. Unique!
