What we instantly noticed - when climbing the groovy staircase alongside the carport - viewing this detached house for the first time was the cosy and relaxed atmosphere it was oozing. It’s location is pleasantly private, favourably located at the coastal area of Benissa-Montemar, right in the middle between Moraira and Calpe. There is lots of green, in particular magnificent trees surrounding the house. And the nice Spanish details add to the cosy atmosphere. You come across wonderful Spanish mosaic tiling in every corner. Outside, but also inside. In archways, in the kitchen and on the pillars of the covered part of the terrace. This is not a house. This is a real casa! Perfect if you want as much of a real Spanish feeling as possible.

The house has four spacious bedrooms, of which two have their own entrance. The outside area has also been laid out with care. As we said, lovely and private. With a beautiful swimming pool with sea view, well-maintained terrace and even a perfect BBQ area. You can spend countless hours here with friends and family. Or with a bottle of wine and an exciting book. And do you want something else to do now and again? Then the beaches is of the quaint nearby villages such as Moraira and Calpe are just a few kilometres away.

This is a 'casa' with a wonderfully sunny mañana feeling!
