Villa Mona

This modern villa is remarkable! New, fresh, near the coast, sea view from the terrace, modern yet comfortably decorated and situated on a perfect location. A holiday in this magnificent accommodation is overindulging yourself!

From the hallway you will enter into the living room through folding doors which offers a wide entrance. The living room is nicely spacious and decorated with a modern, comfortable lounge seat which offers seats for 6 persons. The large flat screen TV has many channels to choose from. The terrace is from the living room easily reachable through the glass sliding doors.

On the terrace you will again find a comfortable lounge seat underneath the covered part. A perfect place to get out of the sun for a while and read a book, have a glass of wine or just enjoy the view. Underneath the covered terrace there is also adjacent to the kitchen a large table with plenty of chairs for the complete assembly.

The pool is quite large (4,5 x 9m) and the terrace around the pool offers plenty of space to relax on the sun beds underneath the sun.

The indoor kitchen is adjacent to the terrace. It is a modern kitchen and well equipped. This will awaken the chef in you!

Furthermore you will find on ground level a utility room with wash machine and dryer, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet and one bedroom, which also has entrance to the terrace.

On the first level there is a bedroom with two single beds, a master bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom. Both bedrooms have a walkthrough to the wide terrace which offers magnificent sea view and view over the valley.

For a 7th and 8th person there is a possibility to sleep (for some extra charge), but that would be in the basement on a studio couch. The basement is the garage which is underneath the complete accommodation. It has a high ceiling and is indoor reachable. The garage is decorated with games and has a table football, a table tennis, a poker table, a pool biljart and even a TV. There is also plenty of space if necessary to park the car.
