Casa Maryvilla

The magnificent sea view and the modern style make this Casa Maryvilla very special!

The beautiful glistering of the sea smiles at you as soon as you enter the living room. From here and from all the terraces of the accommodation the sea view is an absolute spectacle with all its beautiful chiaroscuro, the sail boats passing by and the rock of Calpe: Peñon de Ifach.

But let us start at the beginning. The villa is – as you can see – very modern built and finished in 2007. By entrance you enter into a spacious and bright hall way with an open character.
At the first level there are the three bedrooms. The bedroom with two single beds and the bedroom with the bunk beds share a separate bathroom on the hallway.
The master bedroom is spacious, has a walk-in closet and a walk-in shower/bathroom. From the bed you can enjoy the magnificent view at sea.

On level up there is the fourth bedroom with its bathroom en suite. And you can enter into the spacious living room with an open fireplace. Through the playful windows you have magnificent sights. The open kitchen and dining area border on the terrace where you can have your fresco diner or breakfast whilst enjoying the views to the valley and sea.

From the kitchen there is a door going outside to a BBQ area. Going up a few steps there is a grass area for some private sunbathing. Going up another few steps leads you to the roof terrace with its spacious private swimming pool and again the magnificent views. Truly unique and very special!

The roof terrace has a beautiful wooden floor and from this level the accommodation offers views to truly all sides and of course to the sea!

Due to the modern character of the accommodation, there has been made use of glass railings. Here and there the railings are quite low. We therefore deem that this accommodation is not quite suitable for small kids who like to climb or cannot be left out of sight. Nevertheless, this accommodation is truly magnificent and absolute worth while to spend an lovely holiday in.
