Villa Margarita

For space and privacy villa Margarita is the place to be!

This magnificent villa is situated in Perleta, Elche, a mere 15 minutes drive to the beach.

The large grounds of 2,700 m2 are cleverly arranged for you not to feel lost. Once you have entered the grounds through the iron gates you will find plenty of space to park your car underneath the large car port, which offers space for at least three cars. The driveway is paved like a tennis court and leads you to the garden at the front side of the accommodation, where at the right time of year you can pick your own citrus fruits, pomegranates and figs.

The entertaining pool is playfully placed surrounded by a large sunny terrace. There you will have all the privacy you need and also a fixed sunshade, which offers you some shade when the sun is at its highest point.

At the house you will first walk onto the covered terrace. This terrace is comfortably furnished with some garden lounge furniture, a large stone dining table and benches and a charcoal BBQ area. And to compensate the results of the good Spanish life there is a fitness room with a choice of equipment like a multi-gym, exercise bike, running machine, a sauna, a Jacuzzi bath and a walk in shower.

The complete accommodation is on ground level. No stairs! When entering the Villa you will walk from the hallway into the modern and spacious living room with air conditioning, an open fire place and dining area. Next to the living room there is a large and fully equipped kitchen where you can improve your cooking skills.
The bedrooms are bright and nicely decorated. Two out of the four bedrooms have air conditioning.

At the back of the house there is a guesthouse, where there is space to place two extra beds for a 9th or 10th person. It is a modest space with some typical Spanish details and a lovely terrace at the front of it as entrance. There is also a small fridge to keep your drinks cool.

The location is sublime. Here you will enjoy the actual Spanish life and at a maximum of 15 minute drive you will find all the amusement you want.
