This rustically Spanish villa has a nice spacious and sunny terrace with panoramic views on to the “Cumbre del Sol”. The covered ‘naya’ (terrace) offers plenty of shade to escape from the Spanish sun during the hottest hours.
The comfortable furniture however invites you back into the sun to work on your tan. The surrounding is nicely green and also the garden. Grown trees and palms make that holiday atmosphere complete.
The villa is nearly fully one level, has a comfortable living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. When you travel with more than 4 persons it is good to know that the 5th and 6th person will have to stay in the guesthouse. This sober but practical decorated guesthouse has its own entrance, own shower and toilet and even a small private terrace.

As the villa is situated in the direct surroundings of Moraira it offers all facilities you need. Supermarkets are only a couple minutes drive away. On Fridays there is a weekly market in Moraira with vegetables and fruit stands. The sandy beach of Moraira is nice and comfortable, ideal for families.
