All these key words are representative for this lovely and new villa Ibicenca. This magnificent villa is a true jewel. Ibicenca is situated in a quiet residential area of Moraira with views over the valley and on to the sea. Facilities like supermarkets, beach, coast, restaurants etc. are on a mere 1500m distance.

This very spacious and stunning villa is very special and signifies itself by its tempting Morish lines. The starting point was panoramic view which certainly worked out well! A true stylistic feature underneath the Spanish sun where you can spend your luxurious holiday together with your loved ones – the villa has 4 bedrooms to your disposal – in Spain.

From the villa and the terraces you have a free view over the lovely valley with ancient old grapevine fields whilst in the distance you will catch side of the contours of the villages and the deep blue glistering of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa has two levels. The level on the street side is the top floor. Here you can enter into the accommodation and you will encounter the first few bedrooms. All three bedrooms on this floor all have access onto the terrace again with panoramic view over the valley and on to the sea. The main bedroom – also on this floor – has a bathroom en suite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom on the hallway.

With an indoor staircase you can go downstairs. This is the area with the living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace and pool. The living is very nicely decorated and open. The living and dining area flow over into one another and the open kitchen is the finishing touch. A very modern and luxurious kitchen with a large fridge American style and plenty of space to prepare a good meal.

The garden furniture outside invites you to have the meal out there whilst you can enjoy the magnificent views. The lounge corner on the covered terrace is an excellent space to go over the day whilst having a glass of wine and enjoying the relaxation.

Due to the modern character of the house there has been made use of modern reilings. Here and there they are kept a bit low. We therefore deem that this accommodation is not quite suitable for small kids who like to climb or cannot be left out of sight. Nevertheless, this accommodation is truly magnificent and absolute worth while to spend an lovely holiday in.
