Renting out your holiday home

Below is the procedure when renting out your property via La Caza:

  1. Your villa is placed on the La Caza website.
    La Caza will compile the photo-report and text of your home for the website. Naturally we would like to get to know your property as this allows us to better inform the guests – our clients – about the accommodation. We place the text and photos on the website, including its price and location.
  2. Your villa is promoted.
    Our website is an exceedingly good sales medium; moreover, we advertise in recognized newspapers such as De Telegraaf on a weekly basis. We also place (paid) advertisements on various appropriate websites. Experience tells us this yields a high response rate.
  3. Your villa is booked by a guest.
    We handle all questions and booking requests of interested parties personally and professionally. If necessary we shall contact you. We register and notify you of any potential bookings.
  4. La Caza invoices the guest.
    We invoice the guest. The rental price is paid to you within 24 hours of receipt of full payment.
  5. La Caza maintains contact with the guests.
    We maintain contact with the guest and ensure all travel documents such as the route description are sent out correctly. Our staff receive the guest at our offices (or elsewhere), and show them to the accommodation. The guest is shown around your property, and will also be informed of how apparatus works and be provided with information on the area. We are ready to advise and assist our guests should any potential problems arise. We are always open to those seeking advice and if necessary, we shall contact you.
  6. 6. The guests depart.
    Once the guest has left a La Caza staff member shall inspect your villa for possible damage and/or losses, and shall take meter readings. Should your villa be left in good condition we shall repay the guest the deposit minus the energy costs within 8 days. The energy cost incurred by the guest are paid out to you within 8 days of the guest’s departure. .

La Caza takes care of the final clean-up of your accommodation. La Caza offers this extra free of charge service to home owners:

  • We forward your important mail to you
  • Weekly inspections of your property – be it vacant or occupied
  • We report regularly to you by email
  • We provide assistance should problems arise at your villa
  • If required, we shall order extra gas
  • We replace any defect bulbs, batteries for sprinkler systems etc.
