The villa itself is recent and well maintained. Modern and brightly decorated. When you enter the house through the front door you step into a hallway. An imposing marble stairway leads you upstairs to first floor where you will find the master bedroom. This bedroom has a bathroom en suite and a large terrace with again a lovely (sea) view to Moraira.
On ground level there are two more bedrooms. Both have a separate bathroom on the hallway.
The location is a dream! Walking distance to the centre of the lovely village of Moraira, where every Friday there is a weekly market, many restaurants, supermarket, shops and some cafeterias. And also the beach is on walking distance. The beach of Moraira is not too large, very comfortable, sandy and has a bit of a “family beach-feel” to it. The beach is next to the centre of the village.
