This comfortable villa is situated in a quiet area of Calpe. From the living room you can walk on to your partly covered sunny terrace with garden furniture. From this terrace you have a magnificent panoramic view over the green villa areas of Calpe. A lovely place to have breakfast or diner.
The house itself has a surprisingly large living room and a recently refurbished kitchen. The kitchen is very roomy and offers entrance to the terrace behind the house which leads you to your own private pool. The bedrooms are plain but spacious and all have air-conditioning and their own bathroom. The bathroom to the master bedroom is new.
The basic principle of doing nothing but laze away the day, sunbathing and relaxing on the sun beds at your own private pool is a perfect holiday spirit. It is worth while to have a look around the house to enjoy and admire the Mediterranean flora in the garden. Each part of your fenced off terrain has a nice spot to enjoy the morning-, afternoon- or evening sun. As you are relaxing casa Flora is a good place to think of the trips that this versatile surrounding has to offer.
For a day out you do not have to go far. Calpe has a large and wide sandy beach alongside a boulevard with many terraces and restaurants. Also the old but small historic centre and the harbour are worth a visit.
