Finca Las Golondrinas is a magnificent country estate situated on a plantation with centuries-old trees and park-like gardens.

At the end of your own picturesque driveway you will enter this idyllic spot when you walk through a typical Spanish archway. The villa is recently beautifully renovated in traditional “finca-style”, architect-designed by the – in this area famous – architect J.J. Lloret.

The country estate with its outhouses (2) and plantation (total ca. 10.000m2) is fully fenced off and optimally secured. The comfortable interior of the pretty well fully ground floored country estate is very elegant with many Mediterranean accents. Due to the solidness of the building you will experience indoor the coolness in the summer and comfortable warmth in the winter. On the terrace at your own private pool the sunbeds welcome you for some sun tanning. And would you like to have an orange, grapefruit, mandarin, melon or some grapes? In the right time of the season you can just walk onto the plantation and pick them from the trees.

Because of the comfortable division of the estate and the outhouses a couple would feel at home and safe, but also a family with children or even a lager group or two families, golfers, bridgers up till max. 10 persons.
