This spacious and new villa has a magnificent view on the mountain Cabeco d’Or with its famous caves Canalobre and is situated in a quiet villa-/residential area of Busot.
This large accommodation consists of two floors. The decoration is tasteful and of high quality. Entering the villa you find yourself on the upper floor. On this floor there are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is perfectly situated with its magnificent view outside and borders to the open, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you have an entrance to the outside terraces and your own private swimming pool.
The ground floor can be reached by an indoor staircase or by a separate entrance. On the ground floor there are as well three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Also on this floor there is direct access to the outside terraces through the living room. There are also two bedrooms that have access to the terrace.
For a day out e.g. to the beach there are several possibilities. The area between Villajoyosa, El Campello and San Juan is still a bit free from mass tourism. Especially El Campello (10 minute drive) is famous for its beautiful beaches and boulevard. A day out to Alicante (apprax. 20 min.) is certainly worth while. A lovely and lively city to visit with still some historical buildings, a centre with a wide shopping street, a lovely harbour and beaches.
Casa Evita is ideal for relaxation, space and has all the possibilities for a day out.
