This spacious and lovely Spanish villa with its extraordinary beautiful garden is ideally situated at the outskirts of the village Calpe. Through the large palmtrees - that offer some shadow if desired - you can see the famous rock of Calpe: the Peñon de Ifach. For a good walk we can recommend to walk to and up this rock. This Peñon – together with the salt lakes Las Salinas – is nature reserve with rare species of birds. For the active walker/climber there is a path up to the top of the Peñon (331m) where spectacular views await you.
Having climbed to the top and going back down the long stretched and broad sandy beach of Calpe with alongside the broad walking boulevard invites you for some leisure or shopping. Would you rather return to your lovely villa with private swimming pool and outside shower, sunny terrace and fully equipped outside kitchen? You can!
