Casa Vista Mar is a charming accommodation and an absolute surprise!
Very suitable for e.g. two families because of the double storey building. The upper level has a wonderful sea view over the tree tops and is surprisingly spacious and up to date in the matter of interior. A comfortable and spacious living room with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms (of which one is en suite).
On the ground floor level there is an apartment with its own separate entrance. The two bedrooms are nice and cool in the summer and share a bathroom. The modern kitchen is very favourably situated at the terrace. This is very inviting to have a drink and some tapas at the kitchen bar.
It is good to know that on 400 meter walking distance you reach the coastline which you can walk alongside and brings you into the harbour of Denia. Along the way at the boulevard and the beach you already encounter the first restaurants and bars. Have you had enough of walking? The bus can take you back to where you came from every half hour or bring you to the centre (or even a bit further).
The beaches of Denia – with a length of ca. 20 km – are nominated for many years with the European Blue Flag, which means that the beaches and the sea waters are clean and of high quality. Therefore, diving and snorkelling are one of the main activities which you can practise here.
