This most attractive and charming villa offers everything you want to get away from your daily busyness. Next to the privacy on the enjoyable and covered terrace with your own private swimming pool at your feet this villa has a beautiful view at sea. The space in and around the house is very pleasant and there are several seats both covered as well as underneath the Spanish sun. As said: it has beautiful sea view but also the garden is a delight to look at. Oh, and let’s not forget… the BBQ in a nice corner to close of the warm day with a lovely grilled diner.
The versatile surroundings offers amusement for everybody. The beach of Albir is at a mere 10 minute drive distance and if you drive another 5 minutes further you already arrive at the beaches of Benidorm. Benidorm is also the place to be for shopping both covered and air conditioned in the shopping mall of La Marina as well as in the open air in the old historic centre and its lovely streets. There are also some amusement parks (Aqualandia / Terra Mitica etc.) for a fun day out with the kids.
