This good looking and modern casa with breathtaking views is uniquely situated: on walking distance of the village with all its facilities like supermarkets, weekly markets etc. And with view to the sea you can tell that the beach is nearby.
Just imagine yourself: waking up in the morning, making yourself a cup of tea, open the doors and walk directly onto the terrace where the sea smiles at you. Having enjoyed the shelter of the sun underneath the covered terrace it is now time to sunbath on your own terrace at your own pool (9x5m). Too warm? The pool provides the necessary coolness.
The spacious ‘casita’ next to the pool has a ‘summerkitchen’ has a gas cooker, oven and refrigerator. Ideal for when it is time to light up the BBQ.
The accommodation itself has 4 double bedrooms of which the master bedroom is on the first level (indoor staircase) with a bathroom en suite. The two other bedrooms are on ground level and both share a bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore, there is a spacious living area with open fire place, open kitchen and partially covered terrace.
The full accommodation has floor heating and double glazing. The living area has a air-conditioning system hot/cold.
