This comfortable villa is situated in a quiet area of Calpe. From your partly covered and partly uncovered sunny terrace with garden furniture you have a magnificent panoramic view over the green villa areas of Calpe. A lovely place to have breakfast or diner.

The house itself has a surprisingly large living room and kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms each with their own bathroom.

The private swimming pool offers you the perfect opportunity to – next to a refreshing swim – sunbathe on one of the sun beds at the pool. As you are relaxing this is a good place to think of the trips that this versatile surrounding has to offer. You can walk around the house and each part has a nice spot to enjoy the morning-, afternoon- or evening sun.

For a day out you do not have to go far. Calpe has a large and wide sandy beach alongside a boulevard with many terraces and restaurants. Also the old but small historic centre and the harbour are worth a visit.
