The Costa Blanca
The Costa Blanca is the 160 km coastal strip along the Spanish province of Alicante, to the South of Valencia. Does the Costa Blanca – white coast – derive its name from the many almond plantations which provide a lavish white bloom and delightful aroma in February? Or, has it been named after its breathtaking white beaches? Whatever the answer may be, it is an ideal holiday destination for families who love the sun, sea, culture and being active.
Renting out your holiday home
Below is the procedure when renting out your property via La Caza:
- Your villa is placed on the La Caza website.
La Caza will compile the photo-report and text of your home for the website. Naturally we would like to get to know your property as this allows us to better inform the guests – our clients – about the accommodation. We place the text and photos on the website, including its price and location. - Your villa is promoted.
Our website is an exceedingly good sales medium; moreover, we advertise in recognized newspapers such as De Telegraaf on a weekly basis. We also place (paid) advertisements on various appropriate websites. Experience tells us this yields a high response rate.
