A cosy apartment at walking distance to the beach! This is vacation.
This duplex apartment in the beautiful and well constructed complex Alborada Golf is at walking distance of the beach of Albir with a boulevard full of shops and restaurants. The complex itself has a large pool of different depths, for the little ones amongst us. There is also a great meadow around the swimming pool for some sunbathing and moreover you can walk along a laid out footpath to the playground and also the tennis court. All facilities are free of use.
The view from the balcony of your apartment has a wide range towards the mountains and als has some slight sea view. The apartment consists of two storeys. The first level has two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms and a staircase will bring you to the second level, which is the top-level of the building. Here is a bedroom with a sofa bed for two persons and the roof terrace with a way through glass sliding doors to the balcony at the front and at the back. Magnificent views!
This is a lovely place of residence for an excellent vacation in the well-known village Albir, near Alfaz d’El Pi and Benidorm.
